Walking A Mortgage
Is there anyone who can tell me about doing this? Or can anyone direct me to a good resource? I am looking to do this for my own residence since my REI income doesn't show up that well for traditional lenders and I have a great rate currently from when a had a day job. Thaks in advance. KP
