In Need Of Help!
I am a note buyer, specifically seller financed properties. I am the in between person who finds the notes and then gets commission from the investor. What I would like to know is should I deal with people that are selling portfolios of notes and if so how do I go about this and make a profit. Some one please help me out on this. Your not a note buyer. Your a note broker. Big difference. There is alot of info that you need to learn. Best way that I did it was to get on the Net and start surfing. Visit www.noteworthy.com or www.papersourceonline.com Go to google and hit notebuyers, notelistings, and start networking with buyers of notes. Ask any question you come up with. Just be upfront with investors. Tell them that your new to the business and that your looking for some answers to your questions. There are also note brokering courses available. Type in note brokering courses on google and your off and running. Good luck.
