Looking to Purchase a Property in Detroit, MI valued at $55K. Will sign a Mortgage for $50K. Lender only needed to fund a loan of $35K.

Terms: 15% Interest, 30-yr Amortization, 3 month term.

Will Refi in the 3rd month for lower Interest Rate. Property will be Owner-Occupied. Mortgage payments will be $750/mth and will be paid by Certified Bank Check ONLY, for proper doc. for refi.

Total Profit: $17,250
$15,000 (backend-upon refi) + $2,250 ($750 X 3 months) + $35,000 (your initial investment)

Need to fund loan by December 15th, 2003. If more strick terms are needed, will consider them.
