I am willing to offer assistance/needed services in exchange for education about real estate investing -- interested in creative, no money down techniques. You don't have to be a teacher per se - perhaps just an investor who's willing to let me tag along. I've read a few books on the subject, but an actual "internship" would be most beneficial. Could you use me?
I am a trustworthy, intelligent fellow, just a little nervous about getting my feet wet! I've got lots of flexibility in my schedule. Willing to help out in any way possible if it will provide more pertinent knowledge of real estate investing. Perhaps you need assistance with research, or running necessary errands. In turn, you would be teaching me exactly how to do things right. A win-win situation.
