Do You Know Anyone That Buys Real Estate Deficiency Judgements

I am curious if anyone on the board currently buys Real Estate Deficiency judgements? These would be the judegments issued after a foreclosure sale when the property sells for less than what is owed.

If you buy these I would love to hear your experience in doing so and what guidelines you use in doing so.

I would think that if the price was right that these may be a cood opportunity to collect on some money if not currently.
