I have come across a deal that seems interesting.
it is owned by a mother and daughter family- not the greatest neighborhood but not bad. these are the numbers.
asking price- 399,000
2bdr rents- comp rents are 1100
3 br rents- comp rents 1200
basement- I plan to stay there for a little bit.
Financing - 720 credit score, hoping to get owner occupied- at a decent rate and put as little down as possible.
