Commercial Direct As A Choice For Multi-unit Apt Bld?

PosCashFlow profile photo

Hi everyone. I have seen some discussions about baiting and switching near the closing in terms of rates.

I also read some advice in one of the forums to check out c-loans on the web. I checked out the site and one of the top choices after submitting my loan criteria was Commercial Direct.

Has anyone used Commercial Direct for closing and were happy with the results?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Some Realtor boards accept associate members. Contact your local Board of Realtors and ask- that will get you a definitive answer. Expect to pay several hundred dollars a month.

I imagine that there are liberal brokers that will let you hang your license w/ them w/o a significant cost?

Here in Lansing there are a couple-you just have to give them 50% of any commission you collect/save. Since you will not be collecting commissions this should not be a problem- and of course you would have to give that up to any broker you worked under anyway...
