NO ASSIGNMENT....

Hi all i have a quick question about no assignment..

If your contract says "NO ASSIGNMENT" can i still do a double closing? and if so do i need two contracts one for me and the seller and the other one for me and my end buyer?

    If it says no assignment, you're going to do a double close aka simultaneous closing.

    Yes You'll need a contract for both the seller and buyer.

    Makes surre your title company or attorney doesn't have a problem. Just explain what you're trying to do, they will either say yes or no, if they say no keep calling others until one says yes.

    No bank property i was referring to a fsbo.

    So when do a double i understand that it is two closing fees involved. Is the second closing fee as much as the first closing fee?
