Purchase MH For 18500?
I have a chance to purchase a MH on a short sale. Value of MH is around 30,000 on a rented spot for $450. The seller is willing to put $10,000 of his cash and I would have to come up with 18,000. My research is limited and I will eventually purchase the "deals on wheels" book but I don't think I will make MH investing a full time hobby. But, this deal seems pretty good and I don't want to pass up on anything. The MH is in great condition with new appliances and new floors/carpets (it is a 94 Fuqua 1200sq ft.) I need all the help I can get but with this information I gave you does it sound good? I would probably turn around and try and sell it for 25-27 for a quick sale.
