Newbie In Conditional Sales Contracts
I am in canada and would like to know how if at all I can sell a mobile home I am buying on a conditional sales contract. the contract is for 4 years with 1000 down and 500 a month. that is what I am dealing on.

Man, that's might little information you provided. How can anybody know if you can sell it, based on what you provided? ANYTHING will sale. Question is, how long will it take to sale, and how much will it sell for.
it is a 12*64 2 bedroom M/H with a 10*50 addition on it with a 3rd bedroom. the real estate market here is booming and the area is expanding fast. The trailer is an older one but with lots of potential.
I forgot to mention that the deal is 500/month over 4 years. I would like to try to find someone to buy or refinace this so I can get lower payments and refurbish it.
at present I can use it as a revenue property by renting out the rooms and still have room for myself to make it owner ocupoed.
any ideas would be helpfull :-?
