Looking For Mobil Home On Land In Virginia
Hi. My name is Jeff. I currently reside in the spotsylvania area of virginia. I am looking for a mobil home to buy in that area. Perferably something that is on existing land that does not have to be moved. I have seen some great deals posted here. I cant qualify for normal financing having been laid off my job a few years back and loosing a vehicle to repo for which I still owe the diff in the auction sale price and the amount owed. I of course am working now and have been for a good while. Anyone with any ideas? I am not really looking at this for an Investment. I am looking more for a primary residance and to help in re-building my credit. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :) :)

Where is Sponslyvania? my MH is just over the line in West Virginia and it is listed here
Spotsylvania is along I 95 half way between DC and Richmond .. About 200 Miles from the WV Boarder
