:-? Does anyone know what type is liability & property taxes would be required for a small MH park (4 spaces)? Ball park figure per year? I'm in NC [addsig]

    There are a couple of companies that may entertain the liability. Scottsdale and maybe Foremost (they may do the property, if needed, as well).
