Selling A Church!
I own a church for about 2 years now, i was going to renovate it and turned into a house but the money did not come through to renovate, so I tried the MLS to sell it as is (its only 1300 plus) but really no buyer to sell it as is, any suggestions how to market it and to whom somebody who would probably buy it.

The demand for small churches and facilities for charter schools are very high in CA.
May the charter school niche would work?
Day care center came to mine as well or a tutoring center.
