Take your list of NOD's then go on the internet and find out if there is a local telephone/E.Mail directory. Match the addresses and the names to the E.Mail. then start an E.Mail attack and hit them with about three messages a day. Buy, Sell, Refinance, Equity sharing etc. etc. etc.
So far I have not found such a directory service. Perhaps you will have greater luck or great skill. Stay in touch. the campaign you launch with such a weapon of comunications at your finger tips can only be described as AWSOME!!
