Looking For Post Card Distributer
Hey gang,
I'm looking for a distributer for a 2-part perforated postcard. Two cards in one that you fold in half and attach the open end with the little circular sticky tabby thing.
The outside will have target address and something catchy on reverse side. Inside will have the target ad on reverse of target address card, the second card is addressed to me...target separates at perforation and returns part 2 in mail to me.
Is there any way to get the second part postage paid, but I only pay it if they actually mail it?
