Advertising To Rehabbers In The Newspaper

 profile photo

Hello Everybody!

My name is Eric Bouska, I am 21 years old from Warrenvile Illinois, and i am completely new to Real Estate and Wholesaling. I have am currently enrolled in a program teaching and mentoring the basics of REI. So far everything i have learned is very exciting and have begun networking with industry professionals, which is also the reason I joined this site.

So far i have found a few good Realtors to help me out, but i need to start networking with builders and rehabbers. My mentor/instructor instructed us to place advertisements in local papers directed towards rehabebrs to build a database, but was pretty vague in what kind of local papers, what section to market in, and what effective ads are. If anyone has done this and can help me out this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

- Eric Bouska

Since i am brand new to this, my mentor told us to place ads in the classifieds to get rehabbers to call us. We supply them with property, and when they call us instead of selling them a property (or you can sell if you have any) is to interview them so you know what kind of projects the like to do, and can have some one to sell to quickly when we do begin to get some under contract. So far it has been working, my ad just took a week to start generating calls.

So in conclusion to what i can do for them is, I have properties/projects at wholesale value and can sell it to them, so they have work. You may see the same kind of idea in classifieds in your area it will just say 3BR 2BA CALL 555-555-5555. very vague to generate a conversation.

My ads are a little more.
