I trying to make an ad for private money and investors. I was wondering if anybody has done this before? If you have what did your ad say to draw interest? Is this legal to do? thanks MM 8-/
I have seen several ads like this locally. Some were specific saying that they were looking for local investors for franchises etc others didn't say. I assumed at the time I saw it (I was not aware of the wonderful or CREI) that it was for real estate investors or some other capital venture.
