Agreement. Any thoughts on where to get the best ones for a fair price?

Are there any other docs. needed?

Do you need just the docs? ...There are some state requirements that you will need to look at also.

You can do two things. On this site you can down load forms (should cost around $6 for the lease option docs).

Or you can go to an attorney and write them up there...But will cost you 100-200 bucks, but will be done in occordance to your state.

What we did with the lease option---> We down loaded the form, took it to our attorney, and she spot checked it for us for $50. Then we made the state changes to the down loaded copy for future use.

We used a lease option for our own purchase and then assigned the option to someone else. We included a Irrevokable Limited POA with the original option, so that we signed for the owners at settlement to make sure everything went smoothly.

    Good Luck
