Lease Option Close To Military Base
I live in Glendale AZ. Very close to here is an Air Force base. Are there any special considerations for these types of lease options or possible rentals? Are there any l/o or rental disasters that others should be warned about regarding military rentors?
I have a military base close to me. I can't really think of anything special about this area except that you are less likely to get a l/o from a member of the military as most times they are temporarily stationed there.

That makes sense. I did not even think about that. Now, if you are doing rentals in this type of area, is there anything that I should be aware of?
