Yes there is...I believe you should look into a LLC... If you have a company already, do you want to start a second, or just add the rentals to your first?
I currently own 2 businesses, but neither is involved in leasing properties. Everything I've heard, you have to quit claim the property to the LLC in order for it to run it. Is this the case?
