How To Handle Incoming Calls From Buyers
I'm collecting names and ph#'s as they come in then giving them some info about the home. I then direct them to my mortgage broker for free pre-approval if possible before driving across town to show the home. How much info would you give on the phone and what is a good (streamlined) system for handling the calls

If you only have one house I would give them all the information. If you are a agent or have more then one house that way you can lead them to another home if the on they are calling on doesn't fit their needs
