Written Notice Of Construction Defect
Hi,
I have a home I am closing on tomorrow. I has a second floor creaking issue. It is a brand new home. Could someone point me to a sample "Notice of Construction Defect" so I can deliver it to the builder to make sure they handle it in a prompt fashion.
