Help! Due to problems last summer, I Quit claimed my property to a person that is now "missing and has not Quit claimed the property back into my name to clear up this mess.
How can I file for a quiet tittle action with Denver County Courthouse? Can I file by mail as I live in CA? Who has gone through this process before?
