If it is a real estate matter my suggestion is that she go first to a Real Estate Broker who counsels. He will if necessary then direct her on to an Attorney who limits his practice to Real Estate.
Culver City is LA Judicial District, some of the courts are very specialized, and that is why I suggest she start with someone really checked out.
