Landtrust And Tax Consequnces
Does anybody know the tax consequences of a landtrust when the beneficiary of the landtrust is an LLC.
Also do you get a tax ID for the trust that links the trust to you LLC.
From my understanding the tax ID for record keeping purposes and the income generated from the trust will pas through the LLC
