lets say the house has a FMV of 100k , what would be the ''Fair Wholesale'' Market Value ? Meaning...... what would be a fair price to sell to a wholesale investor ? Thanks guys (and gals)

    As an investor I would pay you $65,000 to $70,000, minus repairs.
