Giving Part Of 1031 To A Sibling?
New to the forum so please be patient.... Is there a way to give 50% of a 1031 investment property (e.g put him on deed and title) to my brother as a gift? If so, are they any additional tax liabilities besides the gift tax? Thanks for the help.
