Flipping Houses Using Liens To Get Paid

I recently used a third party to put a lien on house that was going into preforeclosure and brought in the buyer who was already a client. There was realtor involved to. It went like this buyer and seller meet

I put a lien on the house from a 3rd party put the lien on the house then my LLC charged that company for services rendered. I also did the loan for the buyer and got paid. The realtor got paid, seller got paid, I got paid for doing the loan, third party company got paid for the lien and my LLC got paid from the 3rd party company.. But the realtor filed unlicensed brokage activities

am I in trouble did i do a illegal lien my LLC is licenseed in the state for investing and property management.

seller-lien-llc-to me. I was paid for the bird dogging and do the loan. How do I explain the 3rd parties involvedment i?s it legal for a third party not licensed in a state to put a lien for services my llc did? Does anybody know a good lawyer in the state of Washington?
