Fixed Fee Lawyer For Foreclosure
I am a private lender who needs to foreclose on a property loan currently in default. My last foreclosure was a very expensive proposition with attorney fees that were way out of proportion to the value of the property. Anyone have any references for attorneys in the Chicago area who will consider a fixed fee for their services.
How much was the previous foreclosure? How long did it take?
Did you think about using the jingle mail method that some of the banks have used? Is that an option for you?

The borrower is not going to do anything voluntarily. That is why I need a lawyer and a formal foreclosure.
