Federal Land Grant
Hi all,
Anyone know anything about federal land grants as they might pertain to investing or property ownership? I heard buzz about putting real estate into a federal land grant, but it sounded like voodoo. Anyone?

The grant I was exposed to was for geing a "settler" in Alaska back in the fifties. My Dad looked at this.

I think you are mistaking a land grant with a land trust. I suggest you research federal land grants on Google.

Because of the multiple legal issues involved here, they should go see a knowledgeable PA lawyer.
