Closing For Land Trust
I am closing on a property that is is in a land trust. The title company is requeting a copy of the original trust agreement. Why? Should I provide it to them? I am also purchasing a property and recording it in a land trust. That title company is requesting the first page of the trust agreement. Why? Should I provide it to them? I reall y appreciate the advise.
