Would Like To Get Into Pre-foreclosures
Hello everyone. I am new to foreclosures but have always had an interest in real estate investing.
My question today is what forms do I need to get started in pre-foresures. Can anyone direct me to where I can find the forms. I live in Broward County, FL.

In PA I called the prothonotarys office at the county court house depending on the court house sometimes they use a company that will send you a list but here in Pa they use daily scratchers which I have to actually go down to the court house and get them.
Where are you from? and is there any chance you can send me a sample letter?

I knock doors and send out mailers.
either response is better than doing nothing, taking action is the most important part. Do anything, but do something. Direct mail works, so does door knocking
