You can start at Realty www.trac.com. I have found some foreclosures on this site. I am printing them off to take to a seminar that I am doing on tomorrow. It has some good info on this site. Good Luck.

You need to let the property owner know you have an interest in helping them.
You need to research the subject property.
Most importantly you need to study up on foreclosure investing!
