Too Green In This Business

KETONKI profile photo

I am just too green! I admit I am fresher in the business of Real Estate investing. However I just recently purchased the Carlton Sheets on 0% down in buying real estate. I am just reading the 1st few chapters.
Also I just recently bought my new home and my credit has been good up to date.
However, I plan on going full time in this REI in 2YEARS TIME. Please can someone who is versed and experience be my mentor till i can lay my hands on 401k funds to begin investing.
What are the 1st steps, the pitfalls, the agony and the joy of REI?
Thanks

START NOW. If you wait till you get a bunch of 401k money you may never start. You can be a birddog and help other investors find deals and make sone cabbage. You can lease purchase properties and lease purchase them at higher prices to tenants. You can buy sub2 the mortgage deals and resell them. You can wholesale properties too where you get them under contract and flip to others and make more than just being a bdog. With a few hundred or even less you can start today. Go do a deal NOW but find a good one that will make you some green

    Good LUCK and HAPPY HOLIDAYS

    Hope this helps some

Never underestimate your abilities. You would be surprised how easy it is to get going, if you have the determination. You need to target a market and then pursue it with a vengance. Never say you dont know, cause you might start to believe it after a while. Good luck!
