Sheriff Sale .....Confirmation Entry?
Hi,
I read that in Ohio, after you purchase at a Sheriff Sale, that the right of redemption is only until the Confirmation Entry is filed, which takes about one month.
Can someone please explain this to me, and also who files this, and can we file it ourself?

This is simply a legal proceeding that when the subject property sales the judge gives his ok or should I say approves to sale.
He or She basically is stating that the transaction was fair and reasonable in accordance with the laws that governs the transaction.
