Sales Info For Foreclosure Thru First American Title
Anybody have any way to find trustee sales info through First American Title? Every other trustee has either a sales line or web site to access sales info but them.

When there's not generallly available info, I look at the actual NOD. Their contact info is there.
I also have had some success cold calling the local office.
Just curious because I do not understand the question, what is. What do you do with Trustee Sales?

Thanks for the replies. I have tried the number on the NOD, but they won't give me any info. They say "it's illegal" for them to do this. It's baloney, so I was wondering what other folks did to get sale info. I'll try the local office, that might work, thanks for the idea.
A trustee sale is the non-judicial foreclosure sale of a property at auction.
What I understood the question to be is how do I find the beneficiary of the loan in default. This would the the trustee the beneficiary hire to perform the foreclosure, the final step of which is the trustee's sale.
That's really interest about it having become illegal on the new fair debt collection act (?) is this is really true.
In CA the beneficiary is part of the NODis the bene info.
A retired guy buts to gether a daily list of NODs and weekly list of TSs.

from this I know wash. mut. other the loan, CA Recon is the trustee and Joe Blow is the Trustor..
Note the number is listed for CA reco.
