Postcard For Selling Redemption Rights
Does anyone have a postcard to send homeowners asking if they would sell their redemption rights? The property has already went to auction. Also, if a bank has a second on the forclosure,after the redemption period do they have any right to the property. Thanks to anyone who answers.

I, too, would love to see what people are saying about buying redemption rights, as I currently have one house that I bought at auction in it's redemption period now. Thx. :-?
