Doublewide with acreage foreclosed by bank and offered for sale without title to mobile home and mobile home not mentioned in deed. How can one resale this property assuming it has been purchased by an investor and resold without title--any suggestions? Thank you for your time
How is the mobile home "attached" to the property. In Ga., most mobile homes have a vehicle title unless its permanently fixed to the land. Talk to your RE attorney about this.
