Lis Pendens
i'm confused about the lis pendens....i thought i had been getting leads from them, but apparently i was wrong. i have a subscription to two legal newspapers, but apparently those are not it (?) my county recorder's office says that they do not have to be recorded and few will show up there...should i find someone else to help me or should i go to the courthouse? where will they be posted in there?
