Is This Standard Proceure For A BPO On A Preforeclosure?
Realtor came out and did a bpo on friday on a pre4 home i had a contract on, took pics etc. So i call him today to ask him what the comps camne back 2 and what he thought it was worth and he said he couldnt tell me!!! What kind of ..... Has anyone heard of this before? This is the 1st time i've had a bpo done on a pre4, is this standard proceure? verb
