I have a list of foreclosures in my area, how do make money with the list? Can I just pass leads from the list to people who make money in foreclosures?

There is a world of information out there on foreclosures. You need to read from this forum, buy a book, go to your local REI meetings, etc. You need to get educated before you can make money. There is money to be made in almost any business, but it is not as easy as getting a list and then selling the information on the list.
