I Called 2 Title Companies Asking For Lists And Was Told They Don't....
either give them or have them. Do some do and some don't? Is it a matter of only finding one that will? These are title companies that I have closed with in the past, actually within this last year. So what the deal here? Any advice is greatly appreciated, Quinn

try BIG titile companies.
Fidelity, Chicago, the BIG ones.
the little ones won't have them.
oh ok, I guess I'll be calling around again tomorrow.
But why wouldn't smaller ones have them also?
