Title Companies
I have a question. In everyone's experience, are title companies a good source of info? If so, have you had good luck getting foreclosure listings etc. from them?
The reason I ask, is that I called three today in my area, and two said that they did not deal in giving out information. I have read in books and on here that this can be a great source of info. I am not giving up. I will be back on the phone tomorrow, but was just wanting to know.
