Finding Out $ House Was Sold For At Trustee Sale?

Joli profile photo
Hello All, I have been researching trustee sales and I'm going to a sale next week to observe. Question: How do I find out what a house sold for at a prior auction? I have been finding the notices through my county recorder; are there recorded documents that reflect the sales at these auctions? Thanks in advance, Joli[ Edited by Joli on Date 08/29/2003 ]

Just look it up at the country recorder, the deed (in Cali for example) gets recorded and mailed out within 5-7 days.

OR if you were tracking the property using a data service it should have posted the bene's or FC data service's phone number and ref#. You call that and get the dates, extensions, bk's, and sale amounts. Also if it goes back to the bene or 3rd party you'll know. -MakoShark
