Any Ideas To Get Leads On Preforclosures In The Miami Area?

I am new in Real Estate investing, and it is very hard for me to get leads in preforeclosures or handyman specials. My first deal is taking +/- 4 months from the lead to the contact signing, + 20 days to close. An I got 1 deal out of 250 leads. Any advice on where to find properties in the miami fortlauderdale area? I tried Bargain network, www.Miami-Dade.gov for foreclosures
