What do you think about changing the tv guru's forum to just "realestate guru's" that way we have more than just 2 people to get input about?? [addsig]
Sounds good to me. Maybe include some names along with etc. (e.g., Ron Legrand, Carleton Sheets, William Bronchick, etc.) just so that it is clear to the newbie.
