    I see you are the expert and i see you are experienced in the subject to investing/ownership-i am confused-you said

This investing method has many benefits for instance: no credit check on your part, no new loan to purchase the property and you use the existing financing to sell the property."-how can i TAKE TITLE with a conventional or worst yet a due on sale-fha or va loan? I red this and other post but missed something? Can a recorded agreement be same as TITLE? Or do the TITLE work come after the 2-3 years? THANKS
