Just Started Should I Birdog Or Wholesale
I just started full time investing. I have a limmited amount of cash. How do I get around the initial deposit required on a forclosure oppertunity? (I found it through a realtor) Should I birdog this property, If so could someone buy it out from under me and leave me out in the cold? :-? [addsig]
