Two House In Tumwater WA - 20% Equity
I have turned up two new houses in Tumwater Washington that the builder wants to wholesale
#1 - $400,000 new home avaliable for 320,000 +plus closing costs and 2,000 locater fee
#2 - 275,000 new home still negotating price but should be in the 80% ltv range.
Builder would like to close in 14 days but will push to 30-35 range.
3/27/07 - need to hear from interested buyers in the next couple of days.
