I am looking at buying an old school house on 4 acres of land. I want to turn it into a B&B. I have poor credit. I am a single mother. Where is the best place to start to achieve this wonderful goal. I would need an investment of at least $200,000. I have almost $5,000 of my own money and possibly an ability to get $10,000 more. HELP! I really want to do this.
